摘要 A method for preparing a single cell clone is provided to acquire the single cell clone, a primary meristem having the meristematic continuity without dedifferentiation by separating procambium or cambium purely from a twig or a stem, show higher productivity due to shorter doubling time than cell lines of conventional techniques, allow stable productivity due to less change in the cell growth and growth pattern during the long term culture, be able to scale up because of less aggregation and multiple vacuoles of the cell lines and obtain the cell lines after cryopreservation without any genetic variation. A method for culturing plant cells which is characterized by isolating procambium or cambium from a plant tissue comprises the steps of: (a) after collecting the plant tissue, sterilizing it; (b) isolating the procambium or cambium from the sterilized plant tissue; and (c) inducing a single cell line from the procambium or cambium, wherein the plant cell culturing is utilizing helper cells having conditioning factors for the plant cell culture by using a single cell clone. A method for producing plant biologically active substances is characterized in that it uses the single cell clone or a media thereof induced by the plant cell culturing method, wherein the productivity is increased by adding methyl jasmonate, phenylainine and chitosan.
