<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labor for setting a detecting area of a sensor for an automatic door having an image sensor. <P>SOLUTION: This automatic door sensor is arranged above an automatic door 11, and the detecting area (b) is set in a predetermined part (such as a central part) of an image picked up by the image sensor, and the direction of the optical axis of the image is determined by one's own quantity. A position of the automatic door 11 on the image of the image sensor is recognized based on image information when opening and closing the automatic door 11, and when dislocation with the detecting area (b) is small, a setting position of the detecting area (b) is automatically corrected by moving the detecting area (b). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
