METHOD FOR PRESERVING HYDROGEN GENERATOR, SUPPLEMENTARY PRESSURE VESSEL, AND PRESERVATIVE TREATMENT BODY FOR THE HYDROGEN GENERATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preserving a hydrogen generator, by which the pressure in a gas flow passage wherein a non-oxidizing gas is enclosed can be raised without depending on external supply equipment.

SOLUTION: The method for preserving the hydrogen generator includes a sealing step S1 for sealing the gas flow passage by breaking communication between the gas flow passage filled with the non-oxidizing gas and the outside, and an introducing step S3 for introducing a liquid evaporating a non-oxidizing gas into the sealed gas flow passage after the sealing step S1, in the hydrogen generator which has a catalyst layer where a hydrogen-containing gas is generated by the catalytic reaction of a raw gas, and a gas flow passage constituted so that the hydrogen-containing gas is discharged.
