PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wire bender where electric wires with various thicknesses are held with suitable forces, while they are constantly bent, and adjustment therefor is made unnecessary, and further, the structure is simplified to be easily used in working fields. SOLUTION: In the electric wire bender, an electric wire K introduced along a guide 4 for introduction and a guide 5 for bending in an opened state where both handles 1, 2 are separated is bent along a shoe 6 for bending accompanied with a bending operation where both the handles 1, 2 are made close. The guide 4 for introduction is formed with a planar body long in an electric wire introduction direction. The guide 4 for introduction is pivoted to either handle 1 freely turnably at the intermediate position in the longitudinal direction of the guide 4 for introduction. The electric wire retaining spacing L between an electric wire holding part 7 at the rear end part in the electric wire introduction direction of the guide 4 for introduction and the shoe 6 for bending is made changeable by the turning of the guide 4 for introduction.
