PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power amplifier module capable of improving power efficiency in a power transmission amplifier. SOLUTION: The power amplifier module comprises: a power amplifier for amplifying a transmission signal; a matching change means for changing the output matching circuit of the power amplifier; a matching change control means for controlling the matching change means according to the output power of the power amplifier; and an antenna switch for changing whether a transmission signal through the matching switching means is outputted to an antenna or a reception signal from the antenna is outputted to a reception system circuit. The matching change means changes the output matching circuit of the power amplifier according to the output power of the power amplifier, thus improving the power efficiency of the power amplifier.
