A remote control terminal and an administrator server linked to the same are provided to offer convenience in managing a facility by performing wireless remote management or control for remote control objects of the facility and enabling remote management or control among terminals via a mobile communication based call and a wireless internet service. A remote control terminal comprises a wireless local communication unit(210), a mobile communication unit(220), a memory(230), a serial communication unit(240), a call processor(271), a message processor(272), a server communication unit(273), an object controller(274), a data writing unit(275), an alarm message processor(276), and a updating unit(277). The local communication unit transmits or receives wireless signals to or from a remote control object(300) over a WLAN. The mobile communication unit transmits or receives wireless signals to or from a base station via an antenna. The call processor detects CID(Caller ID) data from a calling signal inputted from the base station via the mobile communication unit, and checks whether the detected CID is an ID of other remote control terminal registered at a CID database. The message processor includes the first message generator which generates message request information for controlling the object including the ID of other remote control terminal if it is inputted from the call processor. The server communication unit includes a message transmitter which accesses an administrator server and transmits the message request information for controlling the object if it is inputted from the first message generator, and a message receiver which receives a message for controlling the object, generated by other remote control terminal, from the accessed administrator server. The object controller controls the remote control object via the WLAN communication unit according to the message for controlling the object inputted from the server communication unit. The updating unit updates the data stored at the memory based on the data inputted from the serial communication unit which processes the data communication with an external medium.
