(wherein A represents a group in which n structural units represented by a chemical formula (2) and m structural units represented by a chemical formula (3) are bonded in a random form or block form, n is an integer ranging from 1 to 15, n/m is 1/5 to 1/20, and structural units represented by the chemical formulas (2) and (3) are not bonded to either themselves or other structural parts an oxygen-oxygen bond in a molecule) and a photocurable compound that reacts with the silicone compound. The present invention also provides an optical information recording medium having a surface protective layer with an excellent spot prevention function and spot wipe-ability.
