A sizing dies for an inner ring of a tapered roller bearing is provided to substantially reduce the production cycle of an inner ring by improving roundness of an outer diameter face of an inner ring part produced through the forging process and the form rolling process, and reduce the amount of a workpiece required for producing the inner ring by reducing the amount of a workpiece to be removed by turning machining. In a sizing dies used in an inner ring sizing process for improving outer diameter roundness of an inner ring part formed by the form rolling process, a sizing dies for an inner ring of a tapered roller bearing comprises an upper inner diameter face(110), a catching part(120), and a lower inner diameter face(130) sequentially formed from an upper portion to a lower portion of the sizing dies, wherein diameter of the catching part is gradually decreased as it goes from an upper side to a lower side. The catching part is downwardly inclined to an angle range of 110 to 120 degrees with respect to a first vertical part(111) of the upper inner diameter face. The upper inner diameter face includes a first extension part(117) which is formed at a lower side of a large diameter sizing part(115) and has a diameter larger than that of the large diameter sizing part, and the lower inner diameter face includes a second extension part(137) which is formed at a lower side of a small diameter sizing part(133) and has a diameter larger than that of the small diameter sizing part.
