An apparatus for packing a vinyl pack of uncurdled bean curd is provided to economically save the packing cost by sanitarily injecting the uncurdled bean curd into the vinyl pack. An apparatus for packing a vinyl pack of uncurdled bean curd includes a frame(10), support members(20,21), an operation lever(30), a nozzle support(40), an opening/closing plate(50), a plurality of tensile springs(S), a fusing unit(60), a lift rod(70), and a cylinder(80). The frame includes upper and lower plates(11,12) and a bracket(13). The support members are fixed to upper portions of the upper plate to support links(L1,L2,L3,L4). The operation lever is connected to one of the links and includes a hose(31) connected to an uncurdled bean curd supply tub(B) and a nozzle(32). The nozzle support is obliquely installed at an upper portion of the upper plate and includes a pad(41). The opening/closing plate is connected to another of the links to open and close the hose. The tensile springs connect the operation lever to the opening/closing plate. The fusing unit is obliquely installed at an upper portion of the bracket so as to make contact with the opening/closing plate through a cylinder. The lift rod is connected to another of the links so that the resilient force of the spring can be applied thereto. The cylinder is installed at the lower plate to lift the lift rod. |
