A frying device for improving the heating efficiency is provided to heat a heating fluid rapidly for frying food and raise the fuel efficiency by completely burning combustion gas supplied. A frying device for improving the heating efficiency comprises a bath(100), and a heating pipe(200) placed inside the bath to contact a heating fluid to the outside and to pass the combustion heat of high temperature through the inside. The heating pipe consists of a first heating pipe(210) flowing the combustion heat from the outside into one end, and a second heating pipe(220). The second heating pipe is divided into a first passage whose other end is communicated with the other end of the first heating pipe, and a second passage whose other end is communicated to the outside by a separate plate(500) assembled inside. A sealing plate(540), which is separated from the one end of the separate plate is assembled to one end of the second heating pipe. |
