A protection device for a Braun tube is provided to prevent a breakdown of the Braun tube by mounting a reflective member inside a neck part for reflecting electrons to a phosphor layer. A Braun tube(30) is installed in a main body of a television. The Braun tube includes a neck part(33) having a shape of narrow tube and an image part(31) for expressing an image by using a phosphor layer(35). The image part is extended from the neck part. The neck part includes an electron gun(32). A deflection yoke(40) is installed at an outer circumference of the neck part in order to deflect an electron beam. A printed circuit board(50) is installed in the main body in order to control the image of the television.
