PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foliage harvester having stabilized foliage harvesting attitude and being able to perform harvesting work at high efficiency. SOLUTION: First, the foliage harvester has a machine frame 6 furnished with traveling devices 1L, 1R, right and left pick-up devices 42 and a transfer device F for transferring the harvested foliage behind a machine body, wherein the right and left pick-up devices 42 are placed in front of right and left support members 26 that are independently rotatable in the vertical directions and placed at the front side of the right and left of the machine frame 6, the right and left support members 26 are made to face upward by right and left spring members 30 placed inbetween the right and left support members 26 and the machine body 6, and right and left grounding members 36 are placed under the right and left pick-up devices 42. Secondly, the foliage harvester is constituted such that right and left link devices 28 with their base parts attached to a side of the machine frame 6 and being vertically movable by right and left actuators 31, and the right and left link devices 28 are connected to the right and left support members 26 through right and left connecting members 66 having a function of freely moving them in the lateral directions.
