The invention further encompasses compositions comprising an isoelectric buffer covalently bound to N-acryloyl-tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane (NAT). In particular, the present invention relates to membranes and devices allowing an isoelectric filtration of molecules in solution.</p> |
