PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic mail transmitting and receiving device, correcting a content of Subject in a return mail. SOLUTION: The electronic mail transmitting and receiving device analyzes the content of the formed return mail (S102). The content analyzed is compared with the content of Subject of the return mail (S103). When the content of the return mail is not matched (not related) with the content of Subject (NO in S103), inconsistency between Subject and the content is notified to an operator (S105).
