A pipe connecting device is provided to connect a pipe easily and to reduce work time by including a pipe mounting portion in an upper portion and an operation unit moving a body in a lower portion. A pipe connecting device comprises a main body(10) and an operation portion(20). The main body is provided with a mounting portion(12) for pipe connection in an upper portion and a handle(14) in a lower portion, and includes a protruded rail rod(16) having teeth(17) in one side surface thereof. The operation portion is moved back and forth by being inserted into the rail rod, and includes a pipe mounting portion(22) in an upper portion and an operation unit(30) moving a body in a lower portion.
