<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convert an operation instruction manual to a field and setting information (configuration information) into a QR code and to send information required for a field operator to a portable terminal by an e-mail. <P>SOLUTION: By converting the operation instruction manual to the field and the setting information (configuration information) into the QR code and sending the information required for the field operator to the portable terminal by the e-mail, various data can be carried to an operation place.
