<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain silencing and improvement of power efficiency, with balance in the driving of a capacitive resonator. <P>SOLUTION: A resonator drive control circuit for controlling the driving of the capacitive resonator has an H bridge circuit for disposing the resonator between a connection portion of a first serial connector, by using a first source-side drive transistor and a first sync side driving transistor which are disposed between a source-side power supply voltage and a sync-side power supply voltage as a half-wave rectification power supply voltage; a connection portion of a second serial connector by using a second source-side drive transistor and second sync-side drive transistor which are disposed between the source side power supply voltage and the sync-side power supply voltage; and an H bridge control circuit for generating a drive control signal for alternately saturation-driving at a predetermined cycle the first source-side drive transistor and the second sync-side drive transistor, and the second source-side drive transistor and the first sync-side drive transistor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
