摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing lyophilized round-sliced Welsh onion while preventing the Welsh onion from separation into a core portion and round portion after lyophilized. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing lyophilized round-sliced Welsh onion involves the blanching step of keeping Welsh onion for 15 s to 3 min plus 45 s in a steamhouse at 85&deg;C-100&deg;C to prevent the Welsh onion from separation into core portion and round portion.
