<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp merchandise that a customer has not been able to purchase since it runs out of stock, and to increase sales by adjusting the number of orders, and to improve customer satisfaction. <P>SOLUTION: When a customer performs access to URL carried in electronic mail transmitted from a headquarter system, a questionnaire picture for performing questionnaires to the customer is displayed. On this picture, the merchandise names of merchandise that the customer has purchased, input items to input satisfaction to the merchandise, and items to answer whether or not the merchandise is that the customer has wanted to purchase, and items to input the merchandise names of the merchandise that the customer has not been able to purchase since it runs out of stock are displayed.
