PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous dispersion of fine particles compounded with a pharmaceutical component and a composition for oral cavity capable of ensuring the penetration to the minute part in the oral cavity, the retention after rinsing the mouth, the retention of a water-soluble pharmaceutical component compound in the oral cavity and the dispersion and stability in the preparation in the case of applying the dispersion, etc., to the oral cavity. SOLUTION: The aqueous dispersion of fine particles compounded with a pharmaceutical component is produced by adsorbing a water-soluble pharmaceutical component compound having an anionic functional group and a molecular weight of≥30 and≤1,000 to calcium carbonate fine particles having a volume average particle diameter of 1 nm to 1μm in an aqueous medium at a (water-soluble pharmaceutical component compound)/(calcium carbonate) mass ratio of 1:9 to 9:1.
