<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of a regenerated resin, and reduce the energy involving in the regeneration treatment, by reducing moisture and chlorine content in a plastic regeneration treatment system from a general waste. <P>SOLUTION: The plastic regeneration treatment system is composed of the steps of sorting, fracturing, specific gravity selecting, volume reduction, and the manufacture of granular articles. The treatment system is equipped with a roll press for mixing molten resin after reducing the volume, the roll press has a high temperature roll and a low temperature roll, and the rotation speed of the high temperature roll is faster than that of the low temperature roll. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
