PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film with gas barrier capability, in which since it excels in transparency contents can be seen through and a metal detector can be used, and since it keeps high gas barrier properties for a long time also under high a temperature and high humidity condition, it can be used also for the display panel application, further it can be also used as a boil and retort fold, and a material which damages the environment is not used. SOLUTION: The gas barrier film laminate comprises a deposition layer consisting of an inorganic compound and a gas-barrier coating layer which are laminated sequentially to one side or both sides of a substrate consisting of a transparent plastic film, wherein the gas barrier coating layer is characterized in that a silicone oxide component, a vinyl alcohol component, an isocyanate component and a silane coupling agent component are detected by the measurement using a time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometer (TOF-SIMS).
