<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive transfer foil for imparting electroconductivity to a card surface by transferring a conductive layer on a card and an IC card for preventing static electric disturbance, without deteriorating wear resistance, especially chemical resistance; and to provide an IC card for preventing generation of damage on an IC card surface caused by friction of roller in a dealing terminal, an IC terminal and a magnetic head and not preventing normal communication with the dealing terminal and the IC card by covering the conductive layer over all surfaces of the IC card surface. <P>SOLUTION: In the IC card, performing communication or information exchange with an external device with contact or with non-contact, there transferred is a conductive transfer foil, which sequentially forms at least a peeling protective layer, a conductive layer in a peelable manner on an IC card base material, and which sequentially forms at least a peeling protective layer, and a conductive layer with a thickness from 0.05 to 2.0 μm in a peelable manner by using polythiophene on the base material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
