CURRENT DRIVING DEVICE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current driving device capable of suppressing disorder of image display such as display irregularity when used for a display device.

SOLUTION: The current driving device includes a reference current source 58; a first MISFET 53 connected to the reference current source 58; a plurality of MISFETs 55 for current distribution which constitute a current mirror circuit with the first MISFET 53 and distribute a reference current; and a plurlaity of current supply units 59 each having a MISFET 57 for current input connected to the MISFETs 55 for current distribution and an MISFET constituting a current mirror circuit with the MISFET 57 for current input to supply a driving current for a pixel circuit, and consequently variation in gate potential of MISFETs in each current supply unit 59 is suppressed to suppress generation of crosstalk of the display device.
