<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel display device advantageous for power saving and electronic equipment and game apparatus equipped with the touch panel device. <P>SOLUTION: In the touch panel display device, when tactile feedback is generated in a movable panel unit 22, a surface 2202 of the movable panel unit 22 is put in a state that the vibration of an actuator 30 is transmittable through a soft member 28 to the movable panel unit 22 according as it is depressed with the finger. In this case, an actuator driving signal having a first power whose size is necessary for vibrating the movable panel unit 22 is supplied to an actuator 30. In generating only a sound, the actuator driving signal of a second power whose size is necessary for vibrating a sound generation member 26 is supplied to the actuator 30 in such a state that the vibration of the actuator 30 is not transmitted through the soft member 28 to the movable panel unit 22 so that a sound can be generated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
