<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide system technology allowing simultaneous transmission to the world or the whole country by Internet communication. <P>SOLUTION: A state theory simultaneous world transmission system development method of the Internet communication for efficiently unitarily managing a system such that anybody knows it by providing an IT state control table, performing the simultaneous transmission to the world, and quickly acquiring world information to perform information strategy is provided. Technology for unifying home pages of the world so as to cope with decentralization of power from next Japanese economy overconcentration, easily performing centralization, and allowing development of a national communication network or a world communication network even in the whole country is provided. In the WWW transmitted to the world by Dr. Tim Berners-Lee in the Internet (a web) developed in U.S. NASA, the home pages of the world are unitarily unified, and the national communication network or the world communication network of the next-generation next Japanese economy for performing the simultaneous transmission to the world is developed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
