An apparatus and a method of vehicle entrance management are provided to prevent vehicle theft and various crimes by authenticating the vehicle on the basis of unique identification information of a vehicle monitoring device and preventing unauthorized entrance. An information transceiver(220) receives unique identification information and vehicle status information from a vehicle monitoring device, when a vehicle mounting the vehicle monitoring device is approached to an entrance of a parking lot. A crossing gate operating unit(230) determines entering permission for the vehicle based on the unique identification information. A vehicle information analysis unit(240) diagnoses the status of the vehicle by analyzing the vehicle status information. An analysis information transmission unit(250) checks out a residence area related with the vehicle based on the unique identification information, and transmits abnormal status to a display device located at the residence area.
