A hot water supply system is provided to use for heating by differently setting moving path of water in a pre-heating circulation system for shortening time for arriving at the pre-set temperature by a user. A hot water supply system comprises a water tank(22) stores water flowed into an inlet, heat exchangers(25) heating introduced water, controllers(30), a first diverging point(41), and a pump(28). The controllers control operation of the heat exchangers by comparing the temperature measured from a temperature sensor installed at a predetermined position where water flows at the pre-heated temperature. The first diverging point is formed on a drain connecting the heat exchangers and an outlet. The pump installed on the drain has a second diverging point(42) formed on the drain connecting the inlet and the water tank. A check valve(29) is installed on the drain connecting the pump with the second diverging point.
