A drying method using ambient temperature of about 25 ‹C is provided to improve production quality of polymers and enable more successful transplanting of a biomedical product. A drying method using ambient temperature of about 25 ‹C improves deterioration in physical and chemical properties and biocompatibility of polymer in a preparation process of polymer. The drying method includes the steps of: providing the polymer material; and performing drying at ambient temperature(25 ‹C) to improve a preparation process of the polymer material. The polymer material is a biomedical polymer material that comprises a synthetic polymer material and a natural polymer material.
