A computer camera is provided to be driven without any installation by automatically executing a camera usage program when the computer camera is connected to a computer. A camera unit(100) is connected to the first USB(Universal Serial Bus) terminal, processes an image signal inputted from a camera lens and transmits it to a computer, and includes the second USB terminal(40). A VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) phone unit(200) is connected to the second USB terminal(40) of the camera unit(100), includes a memory for storing a camera installation program of the camera unit(100) and a memory controller for controlling to execute the camera installation program automatically when the camera unit(100) is connected to the first USB terminal, and transmits/receives a voice signal between a user and the computer. The VoIP phone unit(200) is detachably attached to the camera unit(100) and performs video call communication through image and voice signals.
