PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-pneumatic tire and an assembly of a non-pneumatic tire/wheel, which prevent the occurrence of the problem wherein a spoke structure is softened because of heat, and an adhesive strength between the spoke structure and the wheel is degraded even if the wheel is heated by braking heat. SOLUTION: The wheel of the non-pneumatic tire has one or more through holes in the inner surface of the wheel, and the ratio of the total area of the through hole to a standard value of the surface area in the wheel is 5 to 50%. The assembly of the non-pneumatic tire/wheel is constituted by assembling the non-pneumatic tire having: at least an outer peripheral ring and an inner peripheral ring made of an elastic body, which are concentrically arranged; and the inner peripheral ring having the through hole.
