PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive electrode mixture which is improved in conductivity and loading density at the same time, and exhibits excellent discharge characteristics even when the loading amount of the mixture is increased to assure uniformity of performance of batteries depending on conductive materials.

SOLUTION: The positive electrode mixture comprises a positive electrode active material, a conductive material and a binder, and 0.01 to 1 of weight ratio (a/b) of mixture of a flaked carbon-based material (a) and a ball-chain shaped carbon-based material (b) is used as the conductive material.
