PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microchip plate which is formed by joining a first base stock to a second base stock by using an adhesive sheet and has a proper channel for preventing the adhesive sheet from intruding into channels to be formed in the base stocks. SOLUTION: The microchip plate 1 is formed by joining the first base stock to the second base stock by using the adhesive sheet 6 interposed between the first base stock 2 and the second base stock 3. When the first base stock 2 and the second base stock 3 are pressed to the adhesive sheet 6 and joined to each other, an intrusion preventing means 7 for preventing the adhesive sheet 6 from intruding into the channels 4 to be formed on the surfaces of both base stocks 2, 3 to be opposed to each other is formed on both of the first base stock 2 and the second base stock 3.
