<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost device which makes concert possible, even by using a silent musical instrument. <P>SOLUTION: Each audio sound restoring apparatus 10 which makes sound of the silent musical instrument audible, comprises: a transmitter 13 for transmitting an impulse corresponding to sound of the silent musical instrument which the own device takes charge; a receiver 16 for receiving the impulse which the own device transmits and the impulse which is transmitted from the other audible sound restoring device 10; and an earphone 17. Each receiver 16 restores a plurality of digital data corresponding to the sound of the silent musical instrument which the own device and the other audible sound restoring device 10 take charge, from the received impulse, and drives the earphone 17 based on the plurality of restored digital data, and outputs audible sound.
