摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the provision of good electrode coverage, breakdown voltage, and DC equivalent resistance with the suppression of reduction of an electrostatic capacity, by effectively preventing the spherical formation of the particles, the interrupted electrode or the like, without producing any differences in the effect of increasing the sintering start temperature of conductive particles and with remarkable effect to the suppression of growth of the conductive particles even when especially profiles of internal electrode layers get thinner and the particle size distribution of the conductive particles varies. SOLUTION: A conductive paste contains an alloy of Ni and noble metal as a main component, first conductive particles having an average particle size of 200 to 400 nm, and second conductive particles having an average particle size of 40 to 80 nm. An amount of the noble metal contained in all the conductive components in the paste exceeds 0.3 mol% and is not larger than 13 mol%. An amount of the noble metal contained in the first conductive particles is between 0.3 and 1.5 mol%, and an amount of the noble metal contained in the second conductive particles is between 3.3 and 10 mol%.
