<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell suppressing influence to a plate attached to end plates even when dimension between the end plates is varied or a deformation such as warping occur in the end plates, and to provide a vehicle provided with the fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: The plate 21 with various parts mounted on it is fitted by fastening it to the end plates 15 and 16, so that the plate is suspended between the end plates 15 and 16 in the surrounding of a fuel cell stack 11 with the end plates 15 and 16 provided on both ends of the cell laminated body. The plate 21 is provided in a fitting position to at least one of the end plates 16 with through-holes 25 through which bolts 26 fastening are inserted and which are a long hole along a stretching/shrinking direction of the cell laminated body.
