A meat roaster having a crack prevention structure is provided to prevent cracking and breaking of combustion holes due to the convection of heat by reinforcing the combustion holes with a metallic reinforcing member. A meat roaster having a crack prevention structure comprises an edge part of stone plates(10) having at least one combustion holes(12) at the center wrapped by metal bodies(20) to maintain the predetermined width. A metallic reinforcing member(30) installed at the combustion holes reinforces the predetermined thickness of the inner periphery to prevent cracking and breaking of the stone plate due to irregular contraction and expansion. The two ends of the metallic reinforcing member are engaged with the lower surface of the stone plate. At least one vent hole penetrates the stone plate and the metal bodies wherein the metal bodies wrap the lower surface of the stone plates. |
