A constructing structure between a Velcro reflective sheet convenient for reconstruction and a sign board is provided to attach and detach the reflective sheet easily and to reduce a replacement cost of the sign board by forming a hook or roof structure corresponding to the uncut layer on the sign board. An uncut layer(12) having a hook or roof surface is installed on a reflective sheet. A hook structure, which is formed on a sign board(14), corresponds to the uncut layer. The sign board is made of metal. The roof or hook structure is made of metal too. The reflective sheet includes a different shaped film, the uncut layer, an adhesive layer(11), and a reflective sheet fabric(10) from the lower side.
