A method for managing the OTA(Over The Air) data of a mobile communication terminal is provided to install a separate RAW data DB for storing received RAW data, thereby updating the profile information of an application DB according to a need of a user at any time. A method for managing the OTA data of a mobile communication terminal comprises the following steps of: receiving the OTA data from a server in a RAW data format; storing the received RAW data in a RAW data DB(Database)(S210); parsing the RAW data and storing the RAW data in an application DB; and transmitting the RAW data stored in the RAW data DB by the selection of a user to the other mobile communication terminal or updating the application DB by using the RAW data stored in the RAW data DB(S235,S240).
