The telephone has an electronic controlling and operating card (13) including awake components and sleep components awakened by one of the awake components i.e. programmable intelligent computer microcontroller (18) by actuating a push-button (12). A sound board (14) is controlled by the electronic card. The electronic card is arranged such that the actuation of push-button causes the control of sound board and the emission of an audio signal before awakening the sleep components. A field programmable grid array component (15) ensures logical functions of a CPU (151) and a sound driver (152).
