An apparatus for supporting a loading frame in a transport vehicle for large-sized freight is provided to ensure a precise operation of a support by allowing the support to be erected or horizontally spread through an operating cylinder. An apparatus(300) for supporting a loading frame(200) in a transport vehicle for large-sized freight comprises a bracket(310) fixed to the bottom of the loading frame and a support(330). The support is provided with a lower end(331-2) and an upper end(331-1) longer than the lower end, which are formed on the bracket, such that the support vertically and horizontally rotates while being in contact with a large area of a trailer(100). When the loading frame is inclined, the support is vertically erected to distribute the load of the loading frame. The loading frame is horizontally disposed, the support is horizontally disposed on the loading frame to prevent the support from hampering a folding of the loading frame.
