An apparatus for sealing a vehicle door is provided to obtain aesthetic external appearance by using only one body weather strip formed by extruding the peripheral portion of an outer panel. An apparatus for sealing a vehicle door comprises a body side panel(100) including an inner panel and an outer panel(110). A body weather strip(200) is provided at the inner peripheral portion of the outer panel of the body side panel. A door frame(300) comprises an inner section(310) being in close contact with the body weather strip. A glass run(400) is provided between an outer section and the inner section of the door frame. An auxiliary close contact section(500) is provided at a corner portion of the inner section to be in close contact with the body weather strip. The auxiliary close contact section comprises a body(510) and a coupling section(520).
