The invention relates to means of technical physics for identification of substances. Appliance for registration and analysis of mechanical emission of bio-samples has chamber in which frame with bio-sample under investigation is placed, receiving antenna, amplifier of signals of mechanic-emission input of which is connected to receiving antenna, and output – to input of analog-digital transformer, electret probe that rotates by means of electric motor, moisture collector that is connected with capillary hose to vessel for liquid, and strip for cleaning and washing surface of electret probe. The appliance includes as well system for gas supply to chamber for stabilization of medium, unit for frame with bio-sample feeding to chamber, unit for frame with bio-sample pressing to surface of electret probe in which stepping electric motor is used, unit for analysis and stabilization of pressure of bio-sample on surface of electret probe, unit for control of electric motor of electret probe, unit for cleaning and washing surface of electret probe on basis of capillary moisture supply, analog-digital transformer, control block, electronic computer and respective connections. The invention provides increase of range at registration of signals of mechanical emission of bio-samples, improvement of repeatability and reproducibility of results of analysis. |
