MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY OF BUILDING MATERIAL INTERIORS BY USING THE RECYCLING SHELL

A method for manufacturing an environmental friendly interior material is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost and to improve sound proof effect. A method for manufacturing an environmental friendly interior material comprises the steps: preparing wasted shell; burning the shells in 700~800°C for one hour to eliminate foreign material from the shell; crushing the shell; secondarily crushing the shell; coating a power thermosetting resin such as a melamine acryl with 70g/m^2; mixing the power resin in an agitator and regularly putting the mixed powder resin in a mold of a molding press; molding the mixed power resin according to the thickness of the product in 200°C in 100Kg/cm for 5~7 minutes; and cooling off the products in less than 40°C.
