<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a compound magnetic material with excellent magnetization characteristics by alleviating nonuniformity of intervals between particles due to precipitation of the particles, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The compound magnetic material comprises a solidified mixture of a plurality of kinds of powder at least one of which is a magnetic material and a resin. The material contains a powder with an average grain size of 0.1 μm or less among the plurality of kinds of powder in a range of 1 vol% to 20 vol%, under such condition that a volume of a total of the resin and the powder is 100% with the average grain size of 0.1 μm or less. An oxide such as SiO<SB>2</SB>or Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>or an organic substance is used as the powder with the average grain size of 0.1 μm or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
