<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating device capable of measuring temperature with high accuracy, without having to depend on the emissivity of a cooking vessel and capable of realizing correct control, corresponding to the temperature of the cooking vessel. <P>SOLUTION: An infrared sensor 4 and a thermistor 3 are used concurrently, and according to gradient of temperature change, a priority is determined to which of the infrared sensor 4 and the thermistor 3 is given. As a result, even if the temperature of the cooking vessel 1 rises rapidly, the temperature can be measured correctly by the infrared sensor 4 without delay in response, and temperature measurement with few errors that does not depend on the emissivity becomes possible, even for the cooking vessels 1 having different emissivities. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
