PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one pack moisture-curing type urethane resin composition which can exhibit adhesiveness in a short time, even when a primer is not used. SOLUTION: This one pack moisture-curing type urethane resin composition comprises a urethane polymer (A), a compound (B) obtained by reacting an imino group-containing alkoxysilane with at least one hexamethylene diisocyanate modified product selected from a reaction product of hexamethylene diisocyanate with trimethylolpropane, a biuret of hexamethylene diisocyanate, and an isocyanurate of hexamethylene diisocyanate, a polymer (C) containing specific structure units, and a catalyst (D).
