ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DIODE DISPLAY HAVING THIN FILM TRANSISTOR AND MANUFACTURING THE SAME

An organic light emitting display device having a thin film transistor and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent display quality by allowing a thin film transistor formed in a driving part and a thin film transistor formed in a pixel part to have active layer having different crystalline characteristics. A method for manufacturing an organic light emitting display device having a thin film transistor comprises the steps of: preparing a metallic substrate(110) in which a pixel part(A2) and a driving part(A1) are defined; depositing a glass silicon film onto the substrate; forming the glass silicon film pattern by patterning the glass silicon film of the driving part; forming a first active layer by the glass silicon film pattern of the driving part and forming a polysilicon film of a second grain size by the glass silicon film of the pixel part; and forming a second active layer of a second grain size in the pixel part by patterning the polysilicon film.
