PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slot machine with new entertaining potentialities. SOLUTION: The slot machine comprises a display and a controller. The display has a display area that allows the arraying of a plurality of symbols, and the controller judges whether prescribed requirements for designating the sequence of the symbols are established or not and designates the sequence of symbols corresponding to a command input by a player out of a plurality of candidate sequences of symbols when the requirements for designating the sequence of symbols are established and then, rearranges the plurality of symbols in the display area based on the sequence of symbols designated.
