PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peeling method capable of surely peeling a laminated sheet formed of two attached sheets without damaging it, and to provide a peeling device for the same. SOLUTION: The peeling method of peeling the laminated sheet 8 consists of a first process for positioning and holding the laminated sheet 8 formed of two attached sheets by placing it on a support base 9, a second process for peeling up an upper side sheet 8a in a corner part of the laminated sheet 8 by injecting air to the corner part from over thereof, and a third process for peeling the upper side sheet 8a by moving the peeled-up upper side sheet 8a, holding it. In the second process, air is moved, being injected, to the corner part nearly along the diagonal line of the laminated sheet 8 to peel up the upper side sheet 8a of the corner part.
